6A. Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete personal data associated with your use of our Services, including data obtained through Facebook Login, you can submit a request by contacting us at support@bold.games with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Upon receiving your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity and confirm the Facebook account or user profile associated with the request.
2. Delete all personal data linked to that account from our servers within 7 business days.
3. Send you a confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

This process also revokes any permissions previously granted to our applications via your Facebook account.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal of a child’s data.

Users under the age of majority must obtain parental consent before using our Services.
